Stoney was turned in to a kill shelter outside Edmonton, who then contacted us to see if we had room for this lovely soul.

Stoney has several special needs that will have to be looked after for his entire life.

He has a very arthritic left front elbow and wrist. He is now taking metacam to help relieve the discomfort as well as for the inflammation. This will have to be continued for his comfort.

Stoney also has Pannus, which causes clouding of the eye. It is treatable with daily steroid eye drops. This will also have to continue for his lifetime so Stoney has continued vision.

Stoney is great around cats and other dogs of all sizes. Loves all people.

Stoney's ideal family would be a low key, laid back family or a couple looking for a laid back companion.
